Renting with Warden Summit Rentals is simple. Here’s how to get your setup sorted from start to finish.

Check out our RV Rentals and Trailers & More pages to find the perfect rental for your crew. Choose based on group size, amenities, and delivery preference.
Fill out the Contact form with your name, email, phone, rental interest, and event dates. We’ll review your request and get back to you within 24 hours.
Once we confirm availability, you’ll receive a rental agreement and deposit instructions. A deposit secures your dates.
RVs and Class C motorhomes can be picked up in Reno, NV — or delivered to the Playa for an additional $2,500. Travel trailers and golf carts are delivered directly to your Black Rock City camp.
Show up, settle in, and have the time of your life. Your rental is prepped and ready when you arrive. All you need to bring is yourself and your crew.
